About the Department – Warehouse Operations (Outbound)

This team handles the final phase of customer order fulfillment—right from picking and packing to dispatch and delivery coordination. The Outbound team ensures that every order reaches the customer correctly and on time by managing warehouse workflows, logistics coordination, and process adherence.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound functions: order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and necessary documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch by working closely with logistics/transport partners
• Monitor and manage return shipments and handle restocking/disposal per company policy
• Perform inventory audits and reconciliations; control stock discrepancies
• Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices
• Lead and mentor warehouse associates, managing team output and daily targets
• Maintain collaboration with inbound, procurement, and customer service teams
• Track key performance indicators: TAT (Turnaround Time), order accuracy, return rates
• Generate daily/weekly performance and issue reports; escalate critical concerns as needed

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in outbound warehouse operations

• Proficiency in basic MS Excel for reporting and tracking
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills in fast-paced settings
• Graduate in any stream; logistics/supply chain certifications are a plus
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
